Despite the Los Angeles county wide curfew on the heels of 1992’s Rodney King verdict, a tight group of club kids determined to attend an illegal rave, discover that their ‘free loving’ scene has not only inherited the terror of the LA riots, but that they themselves are not the free loving best friends they thought they were.
